Damian

For Damian, teaching to possibility means creating space in our bodies, challenging our minds to let go of our limitations, and striving for a deeper level of acceptance in the skills we do have so that new possibilities open up.

Pedro

Pedro comes from the great city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. He has been involved with tumbling for over twenty years, and during that time had competed at a high level in many disciplines including gymnastics, trampoline and cheerleading. He has been coaching tumbling and cheerleading for the past year and loves being on the other side of the fence to pass on the knowledge he gained throughout his performing and competing years, and hopes to inspire a generation to partake and enjoy the art

Ashley a passionate mover, creator and observer of this beautiful experience called life. Sharing universal wisdom, tools to love, and a little bit of the wild fiery fun. She is the kind of teacher who imparts her wonderful spark for life and wellbeing in her teaching. Her style pulls from multiple disciplines and is both intuitive and steeped in philosophy. She is an ANIMAL, but the type you want to imbody and get to know.

I am an instrument to our MOOV Brand and co-creator of The ANIMAL and The BASE. I am certified to teach all classes although I will be on our schedule teaching The ANIMAL and The BASE.

Ashley teaches to learn, share and stay curious. SHE believes teaching is the science and spirituality of nature as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness, while creating a counter-balance to the gravity of modern life.

Matt teaches so that we can be kinder and more expressed humans. Jasmina

These are just some of the themes that guide Jasmina’s practice and teaching. She encourages a balance of play, discipline and studied wisdom; supporting students to tap into their curious nature and explore their true potential. Jasmina offers a challenging class to students at all levels through core strengthening, flowing vinyasa, and the breath (and maybe even a handstand or two….).

Jasmina teaches to encourage, elevate and empower her students to step out of their comfort zone; to shift energy and patterns that may be barriers to accessing freedom in the physical body and lightness in the mind.

Mikaela

Mikaela has always been inspired by and drawn to mindful movement. Gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading were a big part of her life growing up. Mikaela started practicing yoga in university and very quickly became captivated by all of the layers of this practice: breath, stillness, movement, expression, connection and community.

Whether its power, flow, yin & myofascial release, restorative or meditation, Mikaela offers a creative, passionate, and supportive style of teaching. Students can expect a class that both challenges and nourishes the body and mind … while having a blast.

Bronwen

Bronwen teaches, choreographs and occasionally performs out of her base in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. She was initially intrigued by Yoga, largely Ashtanga Yoga, after a lifetime devoted to dance, which then led to explorations in hand balancing, acrobatics, contortion, pole and aerial hoop. Always inspired by athletically expressive art forms, she continues to enjoy unlocking skills and their corresponding drills so that others may expand their own movement vocabulary and means of expression. She works with yogis, dancers, pole and aerial artists on developing the technical and artistic aspects of their craft.

Vanessa

Vanessa is a movement instructor teaching Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, & Ashtanga Rocket Yoga in Vancouver.At MOOV, she offers THE BASE, THE POWER FLOW, THE HOT, and THE YIN.Her classes invite you to explore moving with thorough breath, pushing the edges of your physical body with calm but determination, to soothe and tone your system as a whole.
AnyBODY can do this, begin yoga & conscious movement at any level of fitness, flexibility, and endurance. The work isn’t in the depth of postures or moves, but in the depth of attention given to the experience of the practice

BRIAN

Brian Carew is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Holistic Movement Coach, and 700hr RYT passionate about discovering the layers of the body's vast movement potential. he believes that each of us has the ability to unlock precision, depth, and self-awareness through exploring the landscapes of the moving human body. Brian combines his training in yoga and various movement modalities to create a genuine experience of self-discovery and joy for his students in a safe and balanced environment. Brian emphasizes balance, strength, mobility, and play in his teachings and practice.
