A series of nervous system-informed practices to ground you in your body.

This practice is designed to stimulate our autonomic nervous system in various ways depending upon the need at the moment. Including movement and Nidra-inspired meditation practice to trigger both alert and calm systems. There will be a short portion where we generate heat to move the stagnant energy within. We train our brain and body to improve our ability to find homeostasis when we desire to find it, or in other words to find the calm within the storm.
