THE POWER FLOW

MOOV’s Power Yoga is practiced as a rhythmic flow to keep your body, mind, and soul strong and balanced.

THE HOT

Our Hot Yoga combines the approach of hatha & vinyasa; postural steadiness and flow. It is designed to build adaptability and intensity. The slower paced practice performed in the heat helps the body build strength and develop skill & greater flexibility over time.

THE YIN

A meditative and introspective Yoga practice, rooted in deep stretching of the physical and energetic lines of the body.

MOOV FITNESS

MOOV fitness develops endurance, strength, speed, agility, mobility, stamina, core, and play, in both heated and non-heated environments. Our classes are potent and creative, keeping you engaged and progressing towards your movement goals.

THE WORX

A fast-paced HIIT workout combining a variety of body weight, suspension training, and agility exercises in the heat.

THE BASE

A total-body conditioning, toning, and flexibility workout that’s both fun and focused. The base is taught in the heat and non-heated environments, check schedule for class times.

From your feet to your hands, in the air or on the ground, you’ll explore new ways of moving, developing strength, flexibility, resilience, and power. Our Movement Flow Program Combines various aspects of training and classes including Ground Flow, Handstand Balancing, Dynamic Flexibility, and Soft Acrobatics. MOOV the Class is a unique experience that contains and blends all parts in a single class format.

HOLISTIC BODYWORK & ASSISTED STRETCHING

A unique holistic offering combining thai yoga massage with shiatsu technique. This approach is rooted in elemental theory and uses the sen lines and meridians to work energy pathways. You’ll get fascial unwinding, connective-tissue repatterning, and the release of muscular tightness and fatigue through touch techniques.

HOLISTIC BODYWORK & ASSISTED STRETCHING

Holistic Bodywork is a form of manual therapy that combines thai yoga massage, shiatsu & assisted stretching. Our approach is rooted in the 5 phase elemental theory (wuxing), passive / conscious movement & breath work. Treatments can provide relief from muscular tightness and stress, support the health of the nervous system, energy flow and overall wellness.
